Villa Synthesis

Villa Synthesis is only a few meters away from the seafront. This sprawling villa consists of 4 building structures and an outdoor lounge area. The living room and kitchen along with a guest WC are located in the central building. To the west side of that, there is a building complex with private entrance that consists of two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 guests. One of those bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds. To the east side of the central building there is a complex of a 2-story and a ground level building with a total of 2 bedrooms and a loft. This complex can accommodate up to 6 guests in total. The 2-story building has its own private entrance and includes a bedroom with a double bed and a loft that can function as an office or accommodate two single beds.  The ground level building consists of a bedroom with a double bed and it also has its own private entrance. In addition, there is a spacious basement that can offer extra space if needed.

An outdoor lounge with fully equipped BBQ and kitchen is to the west of the central building.

A 13m x 4.5m infinity view swimming pool provides a private and luxurious swimming experience with fantastic views of the waterfront.

As with all the villas on the property, every bedroom offers magnificent sea views, private seating area in a shaded patio facing the sea and a private bathroom.
